Lone Star Fabrication needed an industrial steel frame erected around active site conditions and overlapping trades. The project required steady coordination, clean access planning, and a crew that could adapt without slowing the job down.

Summit Ridge Steel split the work into three field phases and coordinated each phase with the contractor’s schedule. The crew managed steel setting, bracing, and connection checks while keeping nearby work areas clear and safe.
